Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Lighter but still fantastic
Review: Fantastic recipes - many of which have been used many times - and a large number that have been tried at least a few times. A number of these recipes I seem to remember Nancy and husband Dave serving at their 'Italian Feasts' in Wyoming (yet another fantastic experience).

Most of the ingredients used are readily available fresh, in most parts of the United States. If they are not... Nancy gives alternatives for dried ingredients. The directions are put together so you "almost cannot fail".

I just wish Nancy would re-open the "Brannon Lodge" experience in Northern California so we could continue to enjoy her cooking of her recipies, as well as making them ourselves.
