Review: I am a self proclaimed bad cook, but every thing I've made out of this cookbook has impressed everyone that had it! Some recipes are a little complex, but all in all, the instructions are well written and easy to follow and the end results are fabulous! I recommend the Texas Chowder (Chili) - best chili I've ever had!

Review: I've found that every recipe I've tried in this cookbook has turned out delicious! One of my favorites is a chocolate mocha cake - it's a birthday party favorite, just as the book suggests! I like the seasonal breakdown as a way to take advantage of seasonal foods. This is my favorite cookbook...and I have lots!
