Review: This is a handy resource that I've had great success with and one that is often borrowed by family and friends.This book is not meant to be an encyclopedia of breads. It offers many creative forms and recipes to refer to when you need something basic or even something special...I refer to it for my favorites. As with any recipe a little more of this and a little less of something else makes it your own.
