The book provides great recipies with easy, step-by-step instructions. The book is worth having for the photos and illustrations alone. You'll never have to look at another fish again and wonder, "What IS that?" The book also includes a very helpful listing of complementary wines and a glossary of culinary terms. Highly recommended!

Review: This has excellent color illustrations of each fish and/or sea"food" it lists along with characteristics, where it's from, latin name, and recipes for each. Consider this a manual on fish! I'm impressed every time I browse through it. Definitely a keeper, now to find some fresh seafood!
