Review: I have several Dutch Oven cookbooks and am happy to include this one in my collection. Although it is not as extensive as some, that is its only drawback. It has a well rounded variety of recipes for anyone who is just learning the art of dutch oven cooking or for those with years of experience. It is always a pleasure to learn new recipes for use either while camping, or even in my own backyard. Readers will find this book extremely helpful.
