Review: This is a good, broad, basic baking book. It includes every category of baking from cakes to crackers. The pictures are great. It includes sections that detail what you might have done wrong if your dish does not turn out the way it was supposed to (very helpful, pictures in these sections too). The only problem I have run into is that the book is not written for an American audience. It uses different words for some ingredients like cornflour or casting sugar.
