Review: It doesn't matter what kind of recipe I look for to please my family, I find it in this book. I want my daughter and daughter-in-law add this great cookbook to their collection.

Review: This really is a super cookbook. Great recipes and clear instructions. Nice little history of Western Colorado in the front of the book. I particularly enjoy preparing the "Egg Dishes" and the yummy cookies from "The Cookies Jar".
