Review: Personally I think this is a wonderful book to have in any kitchen. It eases you through standard `items' in the Italian cuisine, such as the types of pastas, cheeses, and other assorted goods. Each and every example includes full-colour photos with a clear lay-out showing what is what.

The meals are well divided into the different regions as well as appetizers, diners, dessert, and everything in between.

If you don't own any Italian cuisine cookbooks yet, this is a solid recommendation. If you already own a few, it might still teach you a trick or two.
