Summary: Great intro for a non-expert in the kitchen
Review: My wife usually cooks, but sometimes I like to try out new stuff in the kitchen. This book was perfect for the non-expert cook who likes Chinese food. It has loads of pictures that show you most of the steps in the recipe, and there are lots of notes to explain more unusual ingredients. There are really easy stirfry recipes, that we use all the time now. All in all, a good Chinese cookbook.
