Review: The title tells it all. There are gas grills, but not any gas BBQ's. Good cookbook, but not really helpful to the experienced BBQ'er. More for an amature that feels that a gas grill is all you need to do food right. There are lots of better books on the art of BBQ'n than this. If you know that the difference between a grill and a BBQ, search for better books. If you don't, this book will give you what you need to cook food with a gas grill. My question is, why do you need to cook food on gas outside, when you can do the same inside on a gas stove
