Review: Who knew low fat could taste so good. He is the Emeril of Australia. Having spent three months in Melbourne, we stumbled upon his restaurant, and had a chance to eat his food, as he likes it prepared. The cookbook captures his healthy approach and his own weight-loss plan with meals that are sure to become classics. Nothing I have had has disappointed!!
