Review: This cookbook was written by my father. It is the finest collection of many wonderful recipies that he created during his many years as an Executive Chef. The recipies are easy to follow and your family and dinner guests will be pleased with the results. My father took great pride in developing recipies which are fun to prepare and could turn the least experienced cooks into fine chefs. So enjoy and as my dad would say "God Love Ya!"
