Summary: The perfect cookbook!
Review: I don't know how many whole grain recipes I've tried from other books, and they are always dry or crumbly or flat. But with THIS book, every recipe works like a charm. I love the whole wheat bread, the bran muffins, the lentil dal, dosas...I could go on and on. This is a vegetarian cookbook for discerning palates, but does not require gourmet cooking skill. Highly recommended!

Summary: Dont know where to start? Try this!!
Review: This book is for the person who wants to "cook it right" but doesn't have a clue as to where to begin. I have dozens of "natural food" cookbooks, but this is the one I always come back to. Here you can discover how to make a pie crust with healthy oils and flours. Like bread? Try the Sunflower Molasses W/W Bread. Delicious! You don't have to buy lots of strange ingredients to get good results. This book also offers a guide on how to use natural foods. Simple and easy--not complicated.

Summary: Yummiest VEGAN food!
Review: This book is indefinately one of my most used cookbooks.I only use the vegan recipes, which account for about 75% of the book. The cream of mushroom soup is out of this world,as is the chocolate peanut butter mousse! Some of the recipes don't require any fat(she want's to keep things "healthy")but I don't use these recipes because more often than not vegan food needs SOME sort of fat to taste good(be it nuts, nut butter, oil,or natural fats in tofu). All in all this is definately one of my best purchases!
