Summary: Treasury of Chinese Cooking
Review: This is a wonderful first book for Chinese Cooking. Many times I would use a recipe that I would find and the food did not taste just right. But with this book you will be an excellent cook. The photos show you how it should look and mine have always come out just like the picture. The flavor is so wonderful. I have even gone out and found the same foods on the menu and mine tasted just like the ones on the buffet. Every time I cook something from this book the guest has to take a copy of the recipe. Along with the others I have notes written by that I like to cook often. You too will be a hit chef each and every time you cook. So if you are not sure if you can cook like a pro get this GREAT book and you too will cook everything from perfect fried rice found on page 231 to wonderful Lemon Chicken found on page 119. I know you too will notice that you will write in the back cover all the family favorites for your family as I did. So for a great spicy zucchini dish just turn to page 44. The things to eat are endless. You have step by step directions so you will have no problems on how to make a new special dish for company any night. I think every house should have a copy of this book. I know you will enjoy this book very much as I do.
