Betty Crocker's New Choices for Two

Summary: OK cookbook
Review: I've tried out a few recipes in this book, and I wonder if the recipes were ever tested. Everything I've made has been sub-par. For instance, the meatloaf recipe came out with an inch layer of water on top of it! Did they even account for the water content in vegetables? Although the pictures look good, the actual products are not. I recommend recipes in Cooking Light magazine, everything I've ever made there has been phenomenal.
