This book will enable him to create masterpieces. It is well written and very easily understood. Each delicious recipe offers the origin, an interesting history and multiple serving suggestions, making this hardcover a true collectible. An ideal gift for anyone who enjoys enhancing their meals to the next level. I am stepping up to the plate and ordering this right now.
