Review: This cookbook is wonderful. Skees has a great way of using the spices to compliment any dish. I love the Spagetti Sauce, Pasticcio, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Banana Nut Bread, and Chocolate Sheet Cake, etc. This cookbook will make any amature cook feel like they are a great chef.
