Review: I own many cookbooks but have yet to find one as good as this one. The many recipes I've prepared are very delicious, have nice presentation and use ingredients that are easy to find. There are quite a few recipes with a "quick & easy" icon on the side which makes it nice when you're in a hurry but would like to make something good. It's a beautiful cookbook that's well laid out. It makes an excellent gift.
