Review: I have totally enjoyed the recipes in the Toxic Immune Syndrome Cookbook, these recipes are great and provide me and my family with the optimal nutrition to support our bodies. The recipes call for relatively pure foods so it minimizes exposure to toxic food additives. Foods such as sugars, simple carbohydrates, fermented products and fruit which cause yeast and fungus are eliminated or minimized.

Also foods which are most likely to be allergenic, such as dairy, wheat, corn and soy are also either eliminated or minimized.

The recipes were easy and tasty. Easy to read and follow.
