Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Absolutely fabulous
Review: Doreen Yen Hung Feng is the master (or mistress?) of simplicity. She takes complicated (or what I thought was complicated) recipes and makes it easy for a first timer like me to cook up a perfect and very tasty Chinese meal. I was a fan of take-out until I received this book. I was able to find the ingredients in our local grocery store and then follow the simple step by step instructions. I love the pictures and the history and background of the different festivals.
