Review: My husband and I being new diabetics and having an already extensive collection of cookbooks we were skeptical that there would be a cookbook we could fall in love with. This cookbook provides great information on some of the basics of diabetes as well as wonderful recipes that everyone will like. There has not been one recipe we have tried that we did not like. It's a change from the ordinary plain baked chicken that were were used to. Now we have a fabulous collection of chicken recipes that make every dinner seem extraordinary instead of hearing "we're having chicken, again!"
