Review: All the Levin/Cederquist cookbooks are fabulous! The spread recipes are especially good in sprouted wheat wraps with sprouts and fresh, raw veggies in them! YUMMY! I love this type of food and I am not vegan, or even vegetarian. I highly recommend these books!
