Review: This book is a breath of fresh air for anyone interested in spirituality and health. The authors give you encouragement and wisdom for your dietary path. The main idea is - eat lots of fresh, unprocessed food. Pretty sound advice for anyone, but they then go into lovely detail about the spirtual properties of various foods. Eat well, be kind to your body, and the weight of the SAD (the standard american diet) will come off naturally.
