Summary: Good but not for those on Weight Watchers
Review: I have already made the Blueberry Buckle Cake, Spicy Stir Fry Orange Chicken, Jamie's Hamburgers and the Pineapple upside-down cake and every recipe has turned out just perfectly. I like the nutritional breakdowns and the low-fat tips. It is a great book of comfort food recipes.

Summary: Good but not for those on Weight Watchers
Review: The recipes in this book are great, and tasty (the ones I've tried). But if you're on Weight Watchers, it doesn't give the nutritional content of fiber, only calories, fat, protien, carbohydrates, and cholesterol. It also doesn't have ANY pictures, which is what a beginner-cook like me appreciates (it's nice to compare and see if what I made looks "right")
In all this is a good book; straightforward and easy to follow directions. I just wish it had pictures and fiber content!
