Summary: A Christmas to Remember!
Review: Colette Peters is a true artist. Her cakes, which I've seen in person, are remarkable. Her books are very thorough and concise. I am no artist, but I have made several of her cakes and they all turned out great! She is able to explain the cake-making process so that even I can understand how to do it. I have all her books and love them all!
