Review: Makes you want to go out and buy a bottle of Dom P and go get some beluga. Highly recommend it but the book will cost you a lot more than $10 to stock up on the ingredients!!

Summary: Expands your horizon on gourmet foods
Review: Of course, I knew the champagne and chocolate parts would be interested, but I found the chapter on truffles rather fascinating,too. I had caviar only once, and didn't like it, but now that I've read up on it--I may give the caviar a second chance. This book is perfect for those of us with champagne tastes and a tap water budget!

Review: This is a great book. At least a dozen delicacies I wouldn't have tackled without a good roadmap are made approachable and delicious. It's witty and informative, too.
