Summary: Perfect loaves every time!
Review: I actually purchased this book at Borders, but I love it so much that I wanted to share the love with the rest of the world. I have been baking breads in my bread machine just with the recipes that came in the instruction book until I found this little beauty on sale. Its the best 6 bucks I ever spent! Every recipe I have used from this book has come out perfectly. The measurements of ingredients are perfect. The garlic and herb walnut bread is to DIE for.
I'm gushing.
