Review: My mother has this cookbook and uses it all the time. I wanted to get a copy for myself since she's in California and I'm in New York, and was very disappointed to discover that it's out of print. As the other reviewer said, hopefully they'll put out a new version soon.

Summary: This is one of the best books of its kind I have found.
Review: Nearly ten years after publication and this is still one of the best books of its kind I have found. I wonder if there is any chance it will be dusted off, updated, and re-released. I would be one of the first in line--I'd get copies for most of my friends. Not just low fat, and healthy--these recipes are GOOD! And they made me love my microwave.
