Summary: My favorite cookbook
Review: This is by far my favorite cookbook -- I've tried literally dozens of the recipes and each has been wonderful. I've had several dinner parties and cooked holiday meals using these recipes exclusively. The Mexican Gazpacho; Pork Stew with Plaintains, Sweet Potatoes and Pineapple; and Chicken Breasts with Creamy Pumpkin Seed Sauce are among my family/friends' favorites. This is a great book, I think, for beginners as well as experienced cooks.
