Summary: Simple and delicious!
Review: I have taken several cooking classes with Michael what I like about both him and his book is that they are both what they appear to be- straightforward and easy to follow! As the name implies, he appreciates that we are all very busy but that does not necessarily mean we must sacrifice good taste- we all have the ability to be an "everyday gourmet"!. None of the recipes require more than 4-5 steps so it great for someone who wants to cook but can't follow complicated directions. I have tried several recipes in his book and they have come out perfectly. I think the best thing about his book is the tips he gives along the way. This book truly teaches you something about the art and history of cooking. The only flaw in the book is that it is paperback and therefore can be hard to keep open while cooking.

Summary: It answers the question "What can I cook in thirty minutes?"
Review: The recipes in this book are so easy to follow that anyone can create a tasty, healthy and good looking meal in a matter of minutes. It is great for those people who are so busy that they think they have to "order in" to get a good meal. I recommend this book to everyone.

Review: This was a great cook book. I purchased it at a book signing and have been using it every day since. The recipes are easy and full of flavor. I think anyone would be happy with its recipes. I can't wait for the next one. Michael Malkoff has changed my life.
