Rating: Summary: Lasagne to die for!!! Review: My family is working towards a better healthier diet. This means a reduction in animal foods [although we will likely not become total vegetarians]. The recipes are easy to follow, not a lot of complicated ingredients, and the results are fantastic. No one knew they were eating a purely vegetarian lasagne, but WOW, did I ever get compliments!!I recommend this book to anyone who is starting the adventure of incorporating more vegetarian meals in their lifestyle. You WON'T be disappointed!

Rating: Summary: A great book for those who truly want to eat healthy! Review: This book is a great book for those who are vegan or just want to eat healthy. I attended a health seminar by the Bracketts and they cooked something from this book every night of the seminar. I really learned alot about how to make good tasting food alternatives such as a butter alternative, a mayo alternative and a great cheese alternative. These recipes are good tasting and are in the book. The recipes in this book are vegan and many are low fat. From breakfast to dinner this cook book gives some real great recipes for your health.
