Review: The Everyday cookbook series have helped to make my dinners delicious but none more than Thursday is Pot-Luck. This book is jam packed with tons of creative one pot meal ideas in numerous ethnic backgrounds. The recipies are really wasy to follow and the ingredients needed are so common they can be made with little preparation (those frantic rushes to the supermarket when you don't have a specific ingredient) but the final product is anything but common!
