Summary: A Plus
Review: Although there are no pictures, this plain little cheesecake cookbook gives you fantastic, mouth watering receipes. The narration is in a chatty and witty style, making this a perfect book for the cookbook collector or for the cheesecake lover or just a dessert lover. Plain cheesecake is usually my favorite (no canned fruit in this cookbook, thank you very much), but I particularly LOVED the coconut cheesecake. The recipes are simple and easy to understand.

Additionally you get instructions on how to avoid common problems in cheesecake baking. How much to bake and how to buy the proper ingredients. This book simplifies cheesecake baking so that anyone can tackle it. You'll definitely want this cookbook for your cookbook library. A Plus.

Review: It's obvious this book was written by someone who has done a lot of experimenting to come up with the very best cheesecake recipes. She's taste-tested the results on her friends and family, and the most popular recipes ended up in the book. The one's I tried, banana, german chocolate, pineapple (yum, yum!) and just plain were excellent.

What I liked best about the book were the personal stories she told. It was almost like reading about a good friend, someone I've know for a long time.

Can a message therapist bake great cheesecakes? Ms. Mallory proves that they can! Highly recommended.
