Review: As Liddell himself says, the situation is changing and this is a snapshot, but an extremely informative one. This book is without parallel in english (and any other language?) and comprehensively surveys the vineyards of Hungary together with a lot of background on the grapes, the soil, the history, the traditions and the problems facing Hungary's wine makers.
