Summary: Small, but super!!!
Review: Although the book only contains about 40 recipes, the intro, history, growing of the pepper, etc, etc. was very good. As with many of the "pepper" cook books, I would have liked to have seen the nutrition content (protein, carbs, calories, etc), but I can live without. If worried about fat content just add another habanero right?

This made a nice addition to the other 10 or so books I have on peppers...

Summary: HOT STUFF
Review: What can you say about a book that basically tells you what all you can do with the most potent hot pepper in the world? Well first off the shape you see is the total shape of the book. The front and back covers really look good. The recipies, growing, and preperation tips are well done and interesting. If you like the hot stuff, then Dave Dewitt is one of the best all around experts on peppers. This is a very good book in that regard...
