Rating: Summary: Truly no fat recipes Review: Good recipes for those needing low or non-fat diets. Some are repetitive by just adding and subtracting a few ingredients but this is probably to ensure the exactness of the recipes for low or non-fat. I would give it five stars, but do not care for type of paper used in the book. Splatters make it shrivel. All in all, good recipes for those looking for tasty easy non-fat meals. Don't expect to find beef or pork recipes however - this is for serious no-fat diets.
Rating: Summary: Okay, but some problematic recipies Review: I've had trouble with several of the recipies from this book, and have hardly started trying all 500. I get the impression that only some were tested, and others were derived. some successfully and some not.The other knock is that quite a few of the recipies seem to rely on large quantities of pepper for their seasoning, or are otherwise quite bland. More creative seasoning would be good. Still, the concept is solid, and the counts are very useful, so the recipies can be used as a starting point.
