Summary: Well Seasoned
Review: I read this cookbook of southern cooking at a cousin's home in the south early this year. Have not found it in stores but am quite interested in having it in my library. This cousin has a doctors degree in Home Economics and has written a cookbook herself. She uses it constantly both for her family and entertaining.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Well Seasoned - A Southern Classic
Review: Well Seasoned has 800 triple-tested recipes which makes this cookbook both reliable and a bargain. As a collector of over 300 cookbooks, this is the one book I use most for reference and for dishes I take outside my home. The Homemade Boursin Cheese, Now Famous Cheese Ring, Toffee Bars, Teenage Delight, Party Cheese Fingers, Lemon Chess Pie, and Vera's Dip are easy and always well received. This cookbook appeals to a wide range of tastes and pocket books.
