Review: Great meat recipies with great tips. Broken into sections by countries Germany and some of the less published countries had some creative options. There were more than a few new to the grill recipies and great ideas for exploration. The Italian and French recipies were quick stepping stones to the fun food. I would have liked to see a few more "grilling" recipies for vegatables and side dishes. Overall some tasty options.
