Review: The One-Armed Cook is a great gift for new parents. I've sent copies to four parents of new-borns and they were all enthusiastic about the recipes and the easy directions. But you don't have to be a new parent to find this cookbook handy. I've been cooking for more than 50 years and am delighted that I purchased a copy for myself because the recipes are original and excellent, and the instructions in a step-by-step order are so easy to follow. I'm even hoping that this cookbook will induce my husband to try his hand at cooking.
