Review: If you are looking for excellent raw cuisine, or if you are interested in great vegan recipes, try this book. Having experimented with both for 20 years, I find this book to be among the best in either genre. Almost every recipe I've tried is truly noteworthy, but the living foods recipes stand out as both delicious and easy to prepare. Highly recommended -- by someone who is not big on angels, but who loves to eat well, and hates a lot of prep.
