Review: This book has a lot of beautiful pictures and wonderful recipes. It has a great guide on seasonal fruits and vegetables, their availabilty, and certain techniques on preparing fruits and vegetables which is very helpful. Though these are not recipes I would use everyday there are great recipes to use when you have dinner guests or just want to have a nice meal.
