Review: A VERY INFORMATIVE RECIPE BOOK WHICH BRINGS PROFESSIONAL TECHNIC TO YOUR HOME KITCHEN. I FOUND THIS BOOK IN LIBRARY WHILE I WAS LOOKING FOR RECIPE TO MAKE "MADELEINE" - I TRIED IT AND THE RESULT WAS SUPRISINGLY GOOD THAT MADE ME WANT MY OWN COPY OF THE BOOK. INSTRUTIONS ARE CLEAR AND EASY TO FOLLOW. A FANTASIC COOKIE RECIPE BOOK.
