Review: I have several vegetarian cookbooks, but I use this one almost exclusively. All the recipes are easy, and there's few exotic ingredients. The great layout and photos take you step by step for every recipe. Any meat eater will enjoy these recipes (my husband does!). This is a lacto-ovo vegetarian cookbook, but you can use substitutes where needed.

Review: My husband has a profound abhorrence for "healthy" food! When my kids started using this cookbook, I think he was shocked himself that he actually liked the food. The recipes are easy and quick. My teenage daughter loves using this book.
