Review: Any idiot can throw a steak on a grill and eat. This book goes a step further. This cookbook introduces different methods of using the grill for venison, duck, pheasant, and fish. Also included was vegetrian, side dishes, and deserts. The "Pineapple Wedges with Butter Rum Glaze" was incredible. If you are bored with the same old [stuff] from a grill BUY THIS BOOK.

Summary: too fancy!
Review: Way too fancy for your average BBQ fan. Unless you like goat cheese and fennel on your quale, yes thats right quale, then you will not like this book. As a matter of fact, i dont think there is one recipe that uses a good old steak as the main ingredient. The "encyclopedia of" collection is fantastic but they made a mistake with this authur!
