Summary: An "absolutely" great book
Review: Thanks to Amazon.com to have managed to get this new book in English because the original French version is out-of-print.

However let's note a lack of care in the layout of the book -from the part of the editor, of course- like two paragraphs replaced by blank spaces, one unintelligible caption and some phrases not translated from French (this is not a problem for me, but perhaps it is more for English-speaking readers.)

Definitively a great book richly illustrated and exhaustive, as indicated on the back cover and a wonderful journey in the Northern European countries.
