Review: The Vintner's Table - a wonderful compilation of wine parings with appropriate dishes. Beautifully designed, easy to follow and the photographs depict the finished dishes. No wonder this was an IACP award winning book. Mary does a great job in bringing the reader into the recipe and sharing her culinary background with all. A delightful book that you must add to your collection. Reasonably priced and a wonderful gift to give and / or receive!
