Summary: A nice coffee table book
Review: This is a nice book but "The Definitive Guide" subtitle is misleading. This hardcover edition has 140 pages. 70 of these pages are receipes. Half of the remaining 70 pages are pictures. The 35 pages of text are an interesting blend of history and procedure. However, the credits in this book refer to a marine biologist in the Principality of Monaco, full access to the files of a major producer and many others. I didn't feel that there was much information in here that couldn't be gathered by secondary research at a library and some phone calls. An attractive and interesting book, great for a coffee table. Not a definitive guide.
