Review: I own most of Jean Pares recipe books and use them all everyday. The recipes can be made with common, everyday ingredients. The books are easy to follow with step by step instruction. The only problem I had with Soups and Sandwiches is that some of the soup recipes use a store bought can of soup as its base. I prefer to cook from scratch.

Review: I use this book all the time! The recipes are for 'one dish meals' which are easy to prepare and easy to clean up afterwards. There is every type of casserole from beefy macaroni and chicken pot pie to pork chop casseroles and vegetable dishes. Most recipes can be prepared ahead and refrigerated until cooking time. The book is laid out very well, simple to follow and most ingredients are already available in your kitchen.
