Review: This book is wonderful in its simplicity. Asian cooking is very different from the European cooking style which I am familiar with. I have always shied away from cooking Asian food because I found their methods so difficult. With this book's step by step instructions, and easy to come by ingredients it is simple to create wonderful meals my entire family enjoys. I recieved this book during the Christmas holidays from my son and enjoyed it so much I ordered two more for my friends.
