Summary: Recipes are just simply bad!
Review: I have tried only two of the recipes (Carmelized chicken and Pad Thai) but I have had enough! They look great in the pictures but they are simply bad! Followed the recipes to the letter and flavors were unbalanced and tasted terrible on both that I tried. Absolutely not good. I wonder if the editors actually tried these before printing the book. I would pass on this one.

Review: This is the book that got me interested in cooking. The chicken satay was great. I've improvised on some of the recipies that I thought were too involved, or when I couldn't find the ingredients. For the life of me I can't find tamarind concentrate anywhere!
